Cancellation

Cancellation is only accepted for orders that have not been processed. If an order has been processed, a 10% cancellation will be collected. Pre-order products are NOT eligible for cancellation.

Return Policy

If you received a wrong product or short shipment, please contact us at [email protected], we will send you the correct product and take care of return shipping.

If you received a defective item or item damaged in transit, please contact us at [email protected], we will send you the correct product and take care of return shipping.

If an unopened, unused product you received does not meet your expectations, you may return it at your own cost within 5 days excepted otherwise stated in the product description. The item must be packages and in original condition. Returned item must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in original condition. Products are NOT eligible for return once they are used.

Pre-painted and/or pre-built products are NOT eligible for return.

Pre-order items are NOT eligible for return.

On-sale items are NOT eligible for return.

Returning an Item

Please contact us to received authorization for your return so that item(s) can be returned and accepted. Any returns without proper authorization will be delayed and possible NOT be eligible for a refund.

Refund

Refunds on returns are issued after the product has been received and inspected. Refunds are in the original form of payment. In case where original payment is not possible, immediate store credit will be issued.

Undeliverable Products / Refused shipments

Undeliverable products and/or refused shipments are considered returns. Return cost will be deducted from the refund if eligible. If an item is undeliverable due to an error on your part, not limited to not reachable at time of delivery, wrong shipping address, we will NOT reship the item until we have the correct information from you. Cost of reshipping will be charged before reshipping the item.  

Restocking Fees

Restocking fees are generally not collected but we reserve the right to collect under the following situation:

Returned item is NOT in the original condition or packaging.

Returned item contains missing, damaged, or opened parts.

Returned item is received later than the day agree-upon by two parties.

We may update our Return Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by positing the new Return Policy on this page. Changes to this Return Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
